The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers note that Harrison Abbott (Redding Munsell) could be the trigger behind a romantic reunion between his parents, Summer Newman (Allison Lanier) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor).

The little boy loves his dad’s new love interest, Claire Newman (Hayley Erin), but it’s clear that what he loves the most is spending time with his mom and dad, together as a family.

Back during Halloween, the three went out for trick or treating, when Harrison begged Summer to stay longer for a bedtime story.

The smile on his face when his parents agreed to read a book to him, together, was priceless.

The holiday season is in full swing, and there’s nothing more exciting for a child than the anticipation of Santa’s arrival on Christmas Eve.

Summer will likely be at the Abbott mansion to help Harrison prepare for the big man’s arrival and participate in some festive activities, along with Kyle.

But what if Harrison asks Summer to sleep over on Christmas Eve?

Now that she’s not with Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) she likely has no one to wake up to Christmas morning, and it’ll be hard for her to say no.

After all, seeing her son’s face light up when he wakes up and seeing him open all his gifts is on every mother’s wish list this season.

Plus, she may also revel in the fact that it could rub Claire the wrong way. The Abbott mansion has about 1,000 rooms in it, so there’s a good chance that if Kyle tries to object – or Summer for that matter – they won’t have a leg to stand on.

But what happens after the little boy goes to bed?

There’s still chemistry between Summer and Kyle, despite their ups and downs.

The two have a ton of history together, so it would be natural if they took a walk down memory lane after Harrison goes to sleep.

At first, they could talk about Christmas’ past when Harrison was much younger, which may have them reminiscing about holidays before their son’s arrival and possibly some spicier ones will be shared.

Could Summer and Kyle get caught up in a little emotion, as they are cuddled up on the Abbott couch, talking about Christmases gone by?

The Young and the Restless spoilers hint that Kyle and Summer could share a kiss or do much more on Christmas Eve, which would make Christmas morning, as well as dinner (when Claire may arrive) a tad awkward between them!

With that said, now that Claire and Kyle have done the deed, cheating on her so soon after the fact would sting a lot if and when she learns of her new boyfriend’s potential betrayal.
