EMMERDALE actor Max Parker clearly hits the gym pretty hard when he’s not in the Woolpack.
The 28-year-old star, who plays Luke Posner, showed off his ripped body on Insagram as he told fans he’d stopped eating meat.
Explaining he now only eats fish, the 6ft 2in lad wrote: “Gave pescatarian a go… feeling good!”
Many fans seemed more interested in his physique than the intricacies of his diet, with one posting: “Heaven on earth ❤️❤️❤️❤️.”
Another wrote: “Wow wow wow wow ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ I’m watching emerdale every night !!”
Good Morning Britain’s Andi Peters, himself no stranger to the gym, wrote: “So what DIDN’T you eat?”
Max joined Emmerdale last year as a mystery hospital worker who befriended pregnant Victoria while she washaving a check-up.
The pair have become close, despite him being the brother of her rapist Lee Posner, and this week she helped him out on his first day as the Woolpack’s new chef.
However, last night she told him she “needs some space” from him – explaining that they could never be together.
As well as appearing in Emmerdale, Max has been in Sky’s new drama Cobra as John Cripps and had a recurring role in Casualty as Alasdair ‘Base’ Newman.
