In a surprising and heartwarming update for The Young and the Restless fans, Kate Linder, known for her role as Esther, is taking a different approach this year to raise awareness and support for a cause close to her heart.

Instead of her usual tea event, this year Kate will be hosting a special brunch to benefit breast cancer survivors, shining a light on the challenges faced during and after a breast cancer diagnosis. The event, called “The Hershine

a Light on Breast Cancer Brunch,” will take place on Sunday, May 4, 2025, and promises to be an inspiring and impactful gathering.

 

Kate Linder is partnering with the After Breast Cancer (ABC) organization to raise money and awareness for breast cancer survivors.
