Crimson Lights
Phyllis tells Billy she has some new ideas about bringing Victor down.
Billy tells her they can meet tomorrow morning because Sally just bought him a drink.
Phyllis suggests Billy would much rather have a scotch with her than a cocoa with Sally.
Billy won’t allow her to run down Sally like that. He claims Phyllis is looking for a fight, and he’s not going to give her one. He suggests she let the police handle Sharon. He leaves to join Sally at their table.
Billy tells Sally that Phyllis needs a friend.
Sally sees that Phyllis reached out to him and asks if he needs to go be with her.
Billy insists he wants to be with Sally.
Sally can see how desperate Phyllis appears and tells Billy to go be a good guy. She promises to wait up for him.
Nate’s Apartment
Nate and Audra return to his apartment. They talk about how Devon shared stories about Nate. Nate is surprised that Devon opened up to Audra.
Audra thinks Devon was only trying to embarrass Nate.
Nate claims she has taken huge steps to win over his family, and he can tell she had a good time tonight. He wants details about her family.
Audra doesn’t want to talk about it and insists she isn’t proud of where she came from.
Nate says he knows about her alcoholic father.
Audra says her mother was cold and distant. There wasn’t a lot of love around their table.
Nate hasn’t given much thought about his past until Amy showed up. He’s thankful he had Neil and Malcolm. They kiss.
