The episode will follow Moira’s brain surgery and how Cain’s (Jeff Hordley) day goes as he struggles with his emotions.

Cain’s story will be shown in reverse chronological order, and begins with Caleb (William Ash) disappointed to find Cain drunk with bloodied hands.

As Moira and her family prepare for anything to happen, actress Robb opened up to press including RadioTimes.com, asserting that it “could be quite interesting” to play a different side to Moira as the surgery could have lasting effects on her moods and personality.

“There [are] still some things to come out and I [Moira] still have to go through some treatment afterwards as well,” Robb explained.

“So we don’t know if it is ever going to be hunky dory, but there could be some slight personality change.”

While not detailing exactly what could happen, the actress explained that it “could be that she just deals with things differently because she’s been through such an ordeal”.

She continued: “Maybe she might not react in the same way, which could leave people feeling more unnerved [than] if she didn’t react.

“So I don’t really know if there are going be changes, but I think if nothing like that does, then she would definitely, in reflection, choose to deal with things maybe a little bit differently, because life’s so precious, and it was nearly taken away from her.”

How Moira will be after her surgery, well, viewers will just have to stay tuned.
